Hilltown Community Health Center has provided compassionate, integrated behavioral health and substance use treatment across Western Massachusetts for over 75 years. You do not have to face this alone.
Watch: How HCHC supports your recovery journey (3 min)
Too many people in Western Massachusetts suffer in silence because they do not know where to turn, or they fear judgment. Here is what that silence costs:
Untreated substance use and mental health conditions fracture families. Partners, children, and friends bear the burden of watching someone they love struggle without help.
Substance use and untreated depression or anxiety compound over time. What starts as manageable becomes a medical crisis — and the longer you wait, the harder recovery becomes.
Lost workdays, emergency room visits, and the hidden costs of self-medicating add up fast. Proactive treatment costs a fraction of crisis care.
Living in the Hilltowns means fewer providers, longer drives, and less anonymity. Many people avoid seeking help because the closest facility feels too far or too public.
